Terms of Service

Velarion Pulse — effective July 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Velarion Pulse (pulse.velarion.ai), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Pulse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Velarion Pulse delivers email alerts about executive and board compensation changes at public companies — new compensation disclosures, material CEO pay changes, and named-executive transitions — across the tickers and industries you select. Pulse is an informational monitoring service for professional use.

3. Free Trial

New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle, per the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page via the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Pricing changes for existing subscribers take effect no earlier than the next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for use by you or your organization’s subscribed seats. You may not resell, redistribute, or systematically republish Pulse alert content as a competing service, and you may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

6. No Investment Advice

Pulse content is drawn from public disclosures and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and no alert should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

7. Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep alerts accurate and timely, but disclosures are parsed from source documents and delivery depends on third-party infrastructure. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that every relevant disclosure will be detected or delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velarion’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email or in-product notice before they take effect.
