Privacy Policy
Velarion Pulse — effective July 3, 2026
1. Information We Collect
When you create a Pulse account we collect your email address. When you configure alerts we store your selected tickers, industries, alert categories, and delivery cadence. When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe — we receive subscription status and plan details, never your full card number. We also keep operational records of the alerts we send you.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to deliver the alerts you configure, operate and secure the service, manage billing and trials, and send transactional email about your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Email
Pulse is an email product: alert and digest messages are sent to your account address via our email delivery provider. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional messages (receipts, trial and account notices) are sent as needed to operate the service.
4. Service Providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run Pulse: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and our email delivery provider. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
5. Data Retention
Account and alert-preference data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain account records for up to 90 days before deletion, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or tax purposes. Unsubscribe records are retained to honor your preferences.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@velarion.ai.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport, access controls, and scoped credentials — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email or in-product notice.
